Kathy Murphy

With over 25 years of experience in inventory management and sales across secondary market channels, Kathy Murphy is a highly regarded industry expert known for building and leveraging deep, trust-based relationships across the reverse logistics ecosystem. She has cultivated an extensive network of manufacturers, retailers and purchasing partners—relationships that have consistently driven opportunity, collaboration, and long-term value throughout her career.

Kathy is the co-founder of Revilo Solutions, LLC, where she partners with various OEMs to develop and execute inventory management strategies within secondary market channels. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she remains deeply embedded in the reverse logistics industry, where her longstanding relationships and reputation continue to position her as a trusted connector and advisor.

She has been active with the Reverse Logistics Association (RLA) for over 15 years, serving as a member, committee chair, panelist, and advisor to numerous retailers, manufacturers, and third-party providers. More recently, Kathy served as an industry expert and consultant with NRF-REV, a division of the National Retail Federation (NRF).

Kathy’s background includes leadership roles in special markets and sales management with major manufacturers such as Vista Outdoor, Newell Brands, and Jarden Consumer Solutions (JCS). At JCS, she spearheaded an inaugural remanufacturing program that created a new revenue stream from returned products while advancing the organization’s sustainability initiatives.

Kathy has an M.B.A. and Six Sigma Black Belt.

With an MBA and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Amy Danser is the co-founder of Revilo Solutions, LLC. She brings a unique blend of business acumen and behavioral insight to the reverse logistics and secondary market space.

Prior to co-founding Revilo Solutions, Amy owned and operated a private clinical psychology practice, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic problem-solving, client management, and operational leadership.

Amy applies a highly analytical and solution-oriented approach to inventory sales and lifecycle management, helping organizations navigate the complexities of secondary market channels with clarity and efficiency. Her ability to understand both the human and operational dynamics of business relationships enhances collaboration between manufacturers, purchasing partners, and internal teams.

At Revilo Solutions, Amy works closely with partners throughout the full lifecycle of inventory sales, serving as a central liaison across vendor setup, order processing, routing and shipping, invoicing, and payment follow-up. Known for her proactive communication style and attention to detail, she helps drive efficient execution and navigate operational challenges while strengthening long-term business relationships.
